About these terms

These terms apply to your use of dixi.agency and all of its pages (the "website"), operated by FOP Ignatchenko Vladyslav, trading as DIXI, Dnipro, Ukraine. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
  • disrupt the website or introduce malware;
  • scrape the website at scale, or copy its design, text or code for commercial use;
  • submit false information, or someone else's personal data, through our forms.

Our content

The website and its design, text, graphics, illustrations, animations and code belong to DIXI or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or republish our content without our written permission.

Client work and trademarks

Case studies show work we did for our clients and are published with their permission. Client names, logos and products belong to their owners and appear for reference only.

Results and case studies

Figures in our case studies, such as growth, conversion or revenue, were reported or measured by our clients for their specific projects. They show what happened in those projects and are not a promise of the same results for yours.

Free homepage teardown

The free teardown is a no-obligation video review of your homepage. We choose which requests to accept and may decline any of them. The teardown is our professional opinion, provided as is. It is not a contract and creates no obligation for you or for us. We handle the data you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

Project work

Paid services, such as Conversion Sprints, website and product projects and design partnerships, are governed by a separate proposal or agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes priority.

Third-party links and tools

The website links to and uses third-party services, such as Cal.com for bookings. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.

No warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DIXI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the website and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
