Last updated: 18 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DIXI ("DIXI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit dixi.agency, contact us or book a call with us.

  1. Who we are
    DIXI is a product, website and brand design studio led by Vlad Ignat.
    Legal entity: FOP Ignatchenko Vladyslav
    Address: Dnipro, Ukraine
    Email for privacy requests: privacy@dixi.agency or hello@dixi.agency

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

  1. What data we collect

    a) Data you give us

    - Contact form: first name, last name, email address, company website and any message you send.

    - Call booking (via Cal.com): name, email address, the date and time you choose, and any notes you add to the booking.

    - Email and calls: anything you share with us when we communicate about a project.

    b) Data collected automatically

    - Usage data: pages visited, referring website, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type. This is collected through Framer's built-in analytics.

    - Interaction data: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, collected through Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity masks text that you type into forms.

    We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.

  1. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a call — legitimate interest / steps before entering into a contract.

  • To deliver and manage a project you hire us for — performance of a contract.

  • To understand how our website is used and improve it — legitimate interest.

  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
    We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

  1. Who we share data with

    We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

    - Framer (website hosting, forms and analytics)

    - Microsoft Clarity (website behaviour analytics)

    - Cal.com (call scheduling)

    - Google (Google Meet video calls and Google Workspace / Gmail for email)

    These providers only process data under our instructions and their own privacy and security commitments. Some of them are located outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

    We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

  1. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and booking data that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.

  • Client and project data: for the duration of the project and as long as required by tax and accounting law afterwards.

  • Analytics data: in aggregated form, as long as it is useful for improving the website.
    You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see section 7).

  1. Cookies and analytics

    Our website uses technically necessary storage, privacy-friendly analytics provided by Framer, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Clarity is configured without cookies. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

  2. Your rights
    Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;

  • correct inaccurate data;

  • ask us to delete your data;

  • restrict or object to processing;

  • receive your data in a portable format;

  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
    To exercise these rights, email us at [privacy email]. We will respond within 30 days.
    If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

  1. Security
    We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take care to keep your information safe.

  2. Third-party links
    Our website links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, Dribbble, X and Cal.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

  3. Children
    Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

  4. Changes to this policy
    We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
