Twelve services from one senior, founder-led team: websites, SaaS products, design systems, brands and Shopify stores, built on a stack your team can run and improved after launch. For B2B SaaS, AI and fintech teams from Seed to Series B, and for D2C brands.
By Ignat, founder of DIXI · Updated
DIXI is a senior, founder-led studio that designs and builds marketing websites, SaaS and AI product interfaces, design systems, brand identities, web and mobile apps and Shopify stores, then keeps improving them with Conversion Sprints, A/B tests and a monthly design partnership. We work with Seed to Series B SaaS, AI and fintech teams and with D2C brands, and one team carries each project from the first call to launch.
Start from the problem, not the service list. Most teams come to us in one of the six situations below. Pick yours to see where we would start, what you get and a result from a similar project. If none fits, the free homepage teardown or a 25-minute call is the quickest way to find out.
We audit the message, structure and proof of your highest-traffic page and redesign it, measured against one metric you choose.
Then: A website project for the rest of the site
| If you… | Start with | What you get | What usually comes next |
|---|---|---|---|
| We get traffic but few demo requests | Conversion Sprint | We audit the message, structure and proof of your highest-traffic page and redesign it, measured against one metric you choose. | Then a website project for the rest of the site |
| Our website no longer matches the product | Websites | A new site around one clear message and the proof buyers need, designed and built on a CMS your marketing team can edit. | Then a design partnership to keep shipping pages |
| Our product is powerful but hard to use | Product design | UX and UI from onboarding to the dashboards power users live in, with tokens and components your engineers can ship. | Then a design system, so new features stay consistent |
| We built an MVP with AI tools and need to launch | AI MVP audit | A fixed-price audit in 3 working days for apps built with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor, with a fix list and a fixed quote for the cleanup. | Then a cleanup sprint, with the audit fee credited |
| We sell on Shopify and want more orders | Shopify stores | Offers that sell, product pages that answer every objection and a short path to checkout, on a custom theme your team can run. | Then CRO and A/B tests on product pages, cart and checkout |
| We need design and development every month | Design partner | A senior team on your site and product, month to month, with new pages and flows released and experiments on live pages. | Then support after launch, if you only need care |
We design the parts of a company that buyers and users judge first: the marketing site, the product interface, the system that keeps both consistent and the brand behind them. Every design is made to be built, in Figma with real content and every state, so it survives the move to code.
Marketing sites that make your product clear in five seconds: homepage, product, pricing, use-case and comparison pages, built around one message and the proof buyers need before they book.
UX and UI for SaaS and AI products, from the first onboarding screen to the dashboards power users live in every day, on web and mobile.
Tokens, components and docs in Figma and in code, so product and marketing ship consistent pages and features without waiting on design.
Positioning, logo, visual language, guidelines and investor decks that make a tech company or a D2C brand look as credible as its product.
We build what we design. Marketing sites go on Webflow, Framer or Astro, stores on Shopify and products on React and Next.js, with React Native or native Swift and Kotlin for apps. We pick the platform by who edits it, how fast it has to be and how it will grow, and you own all the code.
Fast, accessible builds in Webflow, Framer, Astro or custom code, on a CMS your marketing team can edit, with technical SEO, schema, analytics and Core Web Vitals handled from day one.
Web apps and dashboards on React and Next.js, cross-platform apps in React Native and native apps in Swift or Kotlin, shipped by our team or alongside your engineers.
Shopify design and development for D2C brands: clear offers, product pages that answer objections, a custom Online Store 2.0 theme and a short path to checkout.
For apps built with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor: a fixed-price audit in 3 working days that shows what to fix before launch, with the fee credited to the cleanup sprint.
A launch is where measurement starts. We find where buyers drop off, redesign the pages that leak, test changes on live traffic and keep a senior team on your site and product month to month. The Sprint and the audit have a fixed scope, so you can start small and stop after any step.
A 3–4 week audit and redesign of your highest-traffic page: message, structure and proof, measured against one metric you choose. Copy and build are optional add-ons.
Analytics and session review, a ranked list of leaks, then tests on product pages, cart and checkout: on live traffic where it allows, as before and after where it doesn't.
A senior team on your site and product, month to month: new pages and flows designed, built and released, experiments on live pages and a review with Ignat every month.
A 5-minute video on what stops your buyers on your homepage, in 2 business days. A good first step when you are not sure which service you need.
Six ways in, from a free video to a monthly team. The short, fixed-scope formats come first, so you can see how we work before a larger project. Every paid format starts with a 25-minute call, after which you get a written plan and a quote, and you own all design and code at the end.
| Format | Best when | Length | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free teardown | You are not sure where to start | 5-min video, in 2 business days | A video on what stops your buyers on the homepage |
| AI MVP audit | Your app was built with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor | 3 working days | A readiness review, a fix list and a fixed quote for the cleanup |
| Conversion Sprint | You get traffic but few demos | 3–4 weeks | An audit and a redesigned page, with a metric baseline |
| Website or product project | You need a new site or a product redesign | 6–10 weeks | Design, build and launch, with one metric tracked after |
| Design partner | You need design and development every month | From 3 months | New pages and flows, experiments and a monthly review |
| Support after launch | Your site is live and needs care | Monthly | Fixes, updates and small improvements |
Lengths are typical. See the prices for each format, and the FAQ for timelines, ownership and CMS questions.
Named clients and published numbers. Some are direct results of our work, such as Spartan’s first 30 days or HCM’s finished reports. Others are milestones our clients reached while we were part of the team, such as ComboCurve’s growth. Each links to the case with the details and how it was measured.

Results as published on each case page, November 2026. The AI outbound platform is shown with its name hidden at the client’s request.
B2B software with complex products and long sales cycles, and D2C brands that sell on Shopify. We have spent years inside some of these teams, 3.5 at ComboCurve and 2 at Koyfin, so we start from how your buyers and users actually work rather than from a template.
The people who design your site or product also ship it, and Ignat leads every review. There are no handoffs between agencies and nothing gets lost between the mockup and the live page: one owner and one metric from the audit to launch.
A 25-minute call, then an audit of the page, product or store against one metric you choose.
Wireframes and design in Figma with real content, on desktop and mobile, reviewed with Ignat.
On the platform that fits your team, with SEO, analytics and speed checked before launch.
We track the metric after launch, then test and improve, as a Sprint or a monthly partnership.
Each has a place. A freelancer is the fastest way to get one thing done, a large agency brings scale and many specialists, and an in-house designer knows your product best. A senior studio sits between them: a small senior team that designs and builds, and works directly with the founder.
| Option | Best when | Who does the work | Design and build | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | One clear task and a tight budget | One person | Usually one or the other | Capacity, and cover when they are away |
| Large agency | Many workstreams and a large budget | Account managers, then specialists | Often separate teams | Handoffs, and junior staff doing the work |
| In-house hire | Design is a full-time, daily need | Your own employee | Depends on the hire | Time to hire, and one person’s range |
| DIXI | A site, product or store that has to perform | Ignat and a small senior team | The same team, from design to launch | A small team: ask about start dates on the call |
For what each option costs per month, see the comparison on the design partner page.

I'm Ignat, and you work with me directly: no account managers and no handoffs, just a senior team that designs and builds your site.

Yes. We plan them as one project with one team and one owner, so the site and the product tell the same story. When two streams run in parallel, such as a website and a product area, we scope them together on the first call and agree the order of work before we start.
Yes, for products that have outgrown their components. We build the tokens, a Figma library, coded components and docs, and we have built 10 design systems in energy tech and fintech. Most teams pair it with product design, because a system is easiest to adopt while screens are being redesigned.
Both. For B2B and tech companies we do positioning, logo, visual language and investor decks; for RTHNK, a new brand and website came with a +20% conversion rate. For D2C brands we add packaging and the Shopify store, as with Spartan, where we refreshed the brand and redesigned the packaging for every product.
Most of our builds are sites and products we also design, because that is where we can stand behind the result. If you already have designs, send them before the call: we will review them, tell you honestly whether we are the right team to build them and what we would change first.
Yes, and we start with an audit rather than a rebuild. Apps built with AI tools get the fixed-price AI MVP audit. For websites and products we review what exists, keep what works and plan the rest, so you don’t pay twice for the same work.
Yes. Before a round, the usual need is a sharp brand, an MVP and a launch site that make investors and first customers take you seriously. After Series B, it is more often a design system, product redesigns and a design partner who ships experiments on live pages every month.
With the free homepage teardown or a 25-minute call. The teardown is a 5-minute video on what stops your buyers, sent within 2 business days. After a call you get a written plan and a quote, and we will say if a smaller format, or another team, fits better.
They are built to follow each other. A Conversion Sprint or an AI MVP audit shows what to fix; a project designs, builds and launches it; a design partnership or support after launch keeps improving it. You can stop after any step and keep everything we made: you own all design and code.
Book a call with Ignat. You get a written plan and a quote, or a straight answer that another team fits better.
