Senior design and build for MSPs, MSSPs and IT services firms that have outgrown a template site: positioning by client size and vertical, proof on every page and a site you own. Klik Solutions got 3.2× more qualified leads after its redesign.

Concept, sample brand. Not a client site.
DIXI designs and builds websites for MSPs, MSSPs and IT services firms that have outgrown template sites. A founder-led senior team sharpens positioning by client size and vertical, adds vertical, compliance and trust pages, and launches on Webflow, Framer or Astro, and you own the site. Klik Solutions got 3.2× more qualified leads after its redesign. Projects start at $12k.
Because most are built from the same themes and the same copy: “IT that just works”, a grid of services, stock photos of server rooms and no proof. A buyer comparing three MSPs can’t tell them apart, so price and referrals decide. And growth got harder: in Kaseya’s 2026 survey, 71% of MSPs named winning new clients as their top challenge.
“Proactive”, “24/7”, “peace of mind”. When every MSP says it, none of it helps a buyer choose, and the site ends up competing on price.
Nearly one in five MSPs told Kaseya they struggle to show prospects their value quickly, almost double the year before. A list of services doesn’t do that job.
Only 41% of MSPs now report typical client spend above $25k a year, down from 75% a year earlier. A site that attracts small, price-led inquiries makes that worse.
Business owners now type requests like “a good IT company that works with manufacturers in Dallas” into ChatGPT or Gemini. Generic sites rarely make that short list.

Positioning a buyer recognises in five seconds, and proof for the clients you want more of: a headline that names who you serve, a page for each key vertical and market, plain-language compliance and security answers, one low-risk offer such as an IT assessment, and a fast site your team can update. These are also the pages AI assistants cite when a buyer asks for an IT company in their industry and city.
| Page or element | Why it matters to buyers | What we build |
|---|---|---|
| Homepage positioning | A buyer decides in seconds whether you serve companies like theirs | A headline naming client size, vertical and region, with proof and the assessment offer above the fold |
| Vertical pages | Healthcare, legal, manufacturing, defense and finance buy for different reasons | One page per key vertical: its regulations, its tools and a result from a client like them |
| Location pages | Most MSPs sell locally, and buyers and AI assistants search by city | A real page for each market you serve, with the local team, response times and clients, not copied text with a new city name |
| Compliance pages | HIPAA, CMMC and SOC 2 decide shortlists in regulated sectors; CMMC Phase 2 starts on 10 November 2026 | What you do, which controls you help with and what stays with the client, without overclaiming |
| Security and trust page | Security buyers check how you protect your own house before trusting you with theirs | Certifications and partner tiers, security practices, policies and a contact for security questions |
| Proof | A generic testimonial doesn’t move a CFO or an IT director | Case studies by vertical with a before and after, partner badges, and named reviews where clients allow |
| Offer | “Contact us” asks for too much, too early | One clear next step, such as an IT assessment, security review or cost audit, booked from the page |
| Build | Slow, plugin-heavy sites hurt rankings and trust | A fast, accessible build on Webflow, Framer or Astro that your team can edit |

Klik Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity company in Baltimore. In the first three months or so after its new site launched, Klik got 3.2× more qualified leads than before the redesign. Its Marketing Director, Vita Cherpak, put the difference down to understanding the business before redesigning the website: the new site communicates Klik’s value more clearly. Better-fit leads, not just more of them, is the metric we design every MSP site around.
A website that explains our value
“What stood out was Ignat's ability to understand the business before redesigning the website. The new site communicates our value more effectively and increased lead generation.”

With technical depth, evidence and no inflated claims. In a 2026 Ponemon Institute and NOLA Marketing study of 320 enterprise security decision-makers, 52% said vendor messaging lacks technical depth and 49% cited weak ROI justification. So for CISOs, compliance leads and auditors we name the tools, frameworks and controls you really work with, show how incidents are handled and tie every compliance claim to what you actually do.
Name the stack, the response times and the escalation path. A CISO trusts a specific SLA and a named process more than “world-class security”.
Say which HIPAA safeguards, CMMC practices or SOC 2 criteria you help with, and what stays the client’s job. Overclaiming is a legal risk, not only a credibility one.
Certifications, partner tiers, policies, insurance and a security contact on one page, the way security vendors run their trust centers.
Downtime avoided, audit hours saved, cost per seat: the figures a CFO signs off on, shown with how they are calculated.
In the same study, website content was the leading driver of demand, at 45%. Sources: Ponemon Institute and NOLA Marketing, State of Cybersecurity Marketing Influence 2026 · Drata on trust centers.
From a few hundred dollars a month to six figures, depending on who builds it. Template providers publish builds from $4,500 to $15,000+ with plans from $99 to $799 a month. MSP marketing retainers mostly run $3,000–$10,000 a month, and cybersecurity brand agencies quote $60,000–$300,000. With DIXI, a Conversion Sprint starts at $8k and a full website project at $12k, and the site is yours.

Choose by who edits the site and how much you want to maintain. WordPress is flexible, but every plugin is code to patch, an awkward look for a security company. Webflow and Framer give marketers visual editing with hosting handled. Astro suits teams that want the fastest pages and the fewest moving parts. We build on Webflow, Framer or Astro, and the site lives in your accounts.
| Platform | Best when | Who edits | Trade-offs |
|---|---|---|---|
| WordPress | You already run it well or depend on a specific plugin | Your team, with a developer on call | Every plugin and theme is code to patch and monitor; speed depends on the build |
| Webflow | Marketing publishes often and wants a visual CMS | Your marketing team | Seat and localization costs grow with the team; complex logic needs custom code |
| Framer | A design-led site has to launch in weeks | Your marketing or design team | A simpler CMS; less suited to complex integrations |
| Astro | Speed and SEO come first, with the fewest moving parts | Content in a headless CMS; layout by a developer | Layout changes need a developer |
Why it matters for an MSP: your own website is part of your security pitch, and fewer plugins means less to patch. That is an argument, not a statistic. Our tech stack explains how we choose.
A full website project takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. To start smaller, a Conversion Sprint rebuilds your highest-traffic page in 3–4 weeks. Both begin with your best clients, not with the design: who they are, why they chose you and what they asked before signing. After launch, a design partnership adds vertical, location and campaign pages every month.
Interviews with leadership and sales, a review of your best accounts and lost deals, and a teardown of your site and three competitors.
Who you serve by size, vertical and region; the offer; a sitemap with vertical, location, compliance and trust pages.
Copy and design together, page by page, with proof placed where a buyer’s doubts come up.
Built on Webflow, Framer or Astro with redirects, schema, analytics and booking wired up, and your team trained on the CMS.
Yes. MSSPs, MDR providers and security software companies sell to the same skeptical buyers, so the same rules apply: technical depth, proof and claims tied to controls. For security SaaS we also design the product itself. In GTIA’s 2026 State of the Channel, 77% of North American IT service providers expected AI and cybersecurity services to be their top growth categories, so MSP and MSSP sites increasingly overlap.
Sites that explain detection, response and reporting to IT directors and auditors, with service-level detail, compliance pages and a trust page.
Marketing sites that explain a technical platform, and product UX for the dashboards, alerts and reports analysts read every day.

MSPs, MSSPs and IT services firms with an established client base and a sales process, that have outgrown a template site and want bigger, better-fit contracts. If you need a site this month for a few hundred dollars, a template provider is the better choice, and we will say so on the first call.
A Conversion Sprint rebuilds your highest-traffic page. A project designs and builds the whole site. A design partner adds vertical, location and campaign pages every month.
Audit and redesign of your homepage or key page: message, structure, proof.
Full website or product redesign, with a design system your team can grow.
Ongoing product and web design, experiments and monthly reviews.
A bigger scope, several services at once or a different timeline. We will shape the format and the price around your project.
Pick by what you need most. A template site gets a new or small MSP online cheaply. An MSP marketing agency suits firms buying a full program of SEO, ads and content, with the site included. A senior design and build studio fits when the site itself is the problem: you have outgrown the template and need positioning, proof and a site that wins bigger contracts.
| Template or managed MSP site | MSP marketing agency retainer | Senior design and build studio (DIXI) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical price | $4.5k–$15k build, or $99–$799 a month | Mostly $3k–$10k a month, website bundled | Sprint from $8k; projects from $12k |
| Design | Shared theme, light customisation | Agency template or custom | Custom, built around your positioning |
| Who you work with | An account manager | An account manager and specialists | A founder-led senior team |
| Focus | Having a site | Traffic, ads and SEO volume | Lead quality and conversion |
| Platform and ownership | Often a hosted platform you rent; check the terms for leaving | Varies by agency | Webflow, Framer or Astro; you own it |
| Best for | New or small MSPs | MSPs buying a full marketing program | MSPs and MSSPs that have outgrown a template |

I'm Ignat, and you work with me directly: no account managers and no handoffs, just a senior team that designs and builds your site.
With DIXI, a Conversion Sprint on your highest-traffic page starts at $8k and a full website project at $12k. Across the market, template providers publish builds from $4,500 to $15,000+ plus monthly plans, MSP marketing retainers mostly run $3,000–$10,000 a month, and cybersecurity brand agencies quote $60,000–$300,000. Our pricing page explains what changes a quote.
A Conversion Sprint takes 3–4 weeks. A full website project takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many vertical and location pages you need and how quickly feedback comes back. A design partnership then runs month to month after a three-month minimum.
Both. On a website project the same team writes, designs and builds the site on Webflow, Framer or Astro, then launches it with redirects, schema, analytics and booking in place. In a Conversion Sprint, build and launch are an optional add-on, quoted after the audit.
That is what we design for: positioning that names who you serve, proof for the clients you want more of, and an offer that filters out poor fits. Klik Solutions, a managed IT and cybersecurity company in Baltimore, got 3.2× more qualified leads within about three months of its new site launching. We agree one metric and record a baseline before we start.
There are two honest views. One says keep prices off the site: its job is to start a conversation, and a price list gives prospects a reason not to call (SmarterMSP, 2020). The other says buyers now research on their own, so a starting price or per-user range filters out poor fits and builds trust before the first call. We usually recommend “from” prices for packaged services and a clear assessment offer for everything custom.
For your key verticals and markets, yes; for every possible keyword, no. One strong page per vertical you want more of, with that industry’s regulations, tools and a client result, beats a dozen thin copies. City pages work when they carry real local detail: your team, response times and clients in that market. Business owners now ask AI assistants for an IT company for their industry and city, and these are the pages it can cite.
It depends on who edits the site. Webflow suits marketing teams that publish every week, Framer suits a fast, design-led launch, and Astro suits sites where speed and SEO come first. For a security company there is one more argument: fewer plugins means less code to patch. Our tech stack compares them in more detail.
Say exactly what you do and what stays with the client. Name the safeguards, practices or criteria you help with, link your own certifications and partner tiers, and avoid claims you cannot back up, such as promising a client a CMMC certification that only an assessment can grant. With CMMC Phase 2 starting on 10 November 2026, defense suppliers will read these pages closely. This is design guidance, not legal advice.
Yes. Many MSPs keep their agency for SEO, ads or email and bring us in for positioning, the website and conversion. We share the sitemap, redirects and tracking plan with them before launch, so rankings and campaigns carry over, and we hand over a CMS they can keep publishing in.
Yes. MSSP and MDR sites follow the same rules as MSP sites, with more technical depth and a stronger trust page. For cybersecurity SaaS we design both the marketing site and the product itself. See B2B SaaS web design and SaaS product design.
