Working with DIXINo surprises, from NDA to handover.
How a project with us runs, in writing: an NDA before you share the brief, a fixed quote and a contract before we start, 50% to begin and 50% at handover, weekly reviews with Ignat, and every design, file and line of code yours once the final invoice is paid.

What happens from the first call to the handover?
Six steps, and you know the price before you sign anything. The NDA comes first if you need one, the plan and quote come in writing after a 25-minute call, and the contract sets the scope, timeline and price before any work starts. After that you see progress every week until handover.

What do the NDA and the contract cover?
The NDA protects what you share before and during the project. The contract fixes the scope, deliverables, timeline and price, and says that every right to the work passes to you once the final invoice is paid. Accounts are yours from day one, so nothing has to be transferred at the end.
| Document or rule | What it covers | When |
|---|---|---|
| NDA | Your product, data, customers and plans; we sign yours or send ours | Before you share the brief |
| Contract | Scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule | Before any work starts |
| Ownership | All rights to designs, source files and code pass to you | Once the final invoice is paid |
| Accounts | Domain, hosting, repository, Figma, CMS and analytics in your name | From day one |
| Portfolio | We show your project only with your permission; under NDA, nothing or a version without your name | Your call, at any time |
| Who you sign with | FOP Ignatchenko Vladyslav, trading as DIXI, Dnipro, Ukraine | Every contract |
The website’s own terms cover use of dixi.agency; paid work runs on its own contract.
How and when do you pay?

How do we work together week to week?
You work with Ignat and the senior people doing the work, never through an account manager. There is a review every week, written updates in between, and work in progress is always open to you, so feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on.

Which time zones do you work with?
We are in Dnipro, Ukraine, on Eastern European Time: UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer. That puts us seven hours ahead of New York and ten ahead of San Francisco for most of the year, so calls with US teams usually fall in your morning. Calls are always scheduled to fit your time zone.
| When it is 10:00 in | It is this time in Dnipro | Difference for most of the year |
|---|---|---|
| San Francisco | 20:00 | +10 hours |
| New York, Toronto | 17:00 | +7 hours |
| London, Lisbon | 12:00 | +2 hours |
| Berlin, Zurich, Paris | 11:00 | +1 hour |
The US and Europe change clocks on different dates, so for a few weeks in March and in October or November the gap to US cities is one hour smaller.
What do you get at the end?
Everything you need to run, change and grow the work without us: source files, code, accounts and the notes behind the decisions. Support from $1k a month is there if you want the people who built it to keep it up to date.
- Source filesFigma files with components and every state.
- CodeIn your repository, with a readme to run it.
- AccountsDomain, hosting, CMS and analytics in your name.
- DecisionsThe plan, the checks and what to measure next.
Who will you work with?

I’m Ignat. I lead every project, run the weekly reviews and sign the contract myself. Behind me is a senior team of seven that designs and builds, the same people from the first call to handover. Clients include Koyfin and ComboCurve in the US and HCM International in Switzerland.
- 2016DIXI founded
- 40+B2B products shipped
- 7senior people, no account managers
- 1team from first call to handover
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, before you share the brief. We can sign your NDA or send ours; either way it covers your product, data, customers and plans, and we sign it before the discovery call if you prefer.
How does payment work?
Projects are paid 50% before work starts and 50% at handover. Monthly formats, such as the design partnership and support, are billed monthly. Invoices are in US dollars or euros and are paid by international bank transfer (SWIFT).
When do we own the work?
Once the final invoice is paid, every right to the designs, source files and code passes to you. Accounts such as the domain, hosting, repository, Figma files and CMS are set up in your name from the start.
Who signs the contract on your side?
FOP Ignatchenko Vladyslav, a registered sole proprietor in Dnipro, Ukraine, trading as DIXI. Ignat signs personally, and he is the person you work with every week.
Do you work with US and European companies?
Yes. Clients include Koyfin and ComboCurve in the US and HCM International in Switzerland. Contracts, invoices and calls are all in English.
What time zone do you work in?
Dnipro, Ukraine: Eastern European Time, UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer. That is seven hours ahead of New York and one or two hours ahead of most of Europe for most of the year, and calls are scheduled to fit your time zone.
How often will we hear from you?
Every week in a review with Ignat, plus written updates in between in your Slack or by email. Work in progress is always open to you in Figma or on a staging link, so you never wait for a big reveal.
Can we change the scope once we’ve started?
Yes. Small changes fit inside the weekly reviews; anything that adds pages, features or weeks gets a written estimate first, and nothing extra is billed until you approve it.
Will you show our project in your portfolio?
Only with your permission. Under an NDA we show nothing, or a version without your name, as we do for an AI outbound platform on our site.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. Start with a free homepage teardown or a Conversion Sprint from $8k on your top-traffic page, then move to a full project or a partnership once you’ve seen how we work.
